mwale Amulru-Marshall,Ph.D., M.P.H., originally from the Republic of Guyana, is Professor Emeritus of Public Health and Preventive Medicine ealthHealth at St. George’s University in Grenada.  Over a period of 18 years on the faculty there, he served as Chair of his Department for more than seven of its seminal years, President of the School of Medicine Faculty Senate, Director of Community Health and Outreach in the Office of the Provost and represented the University as the Chair of the National Chronic, Non-Communicable Disease Commission of Grenada. Dr. Amuleru-Marshall is also the Immediate Past President of the Caribbean Alliance of National Psychological Associations – CANPA

 

A Public Health Psychologist, he has held a license to practice psychology in the states of Massachusetts and Georgia in the USA and has also been a full-time faculty member at the University of Guyana and at the Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, before joining St. George’s University in 2000.
