Patrick Manasse-Latham, Ph.D.

Dr. Patrick Latham is a senior staff psychologist in the counseling center at Boston College and has a small, private practice in Milton, Massachusetts.  He received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at UMass Boston, with concentrations in developmental and cross-cultural psychology, and completed his internship at the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology at Boston Medical Center.  After receiving his degree he worked in community mental health settings for many years, first at Codman Square Health Center in Dorchester, later at Brookline Community Mental Health Center, and then for nearly 10 years in the child and adolescent outpatient clinic at Cambridge Hospital.  In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Latham provides consultation and lectures on topics related to race and racial identity, especially as they impact the therapeutic dyad in cross-race relationships.
